Located in the heart of Leigh-on-Sea yet tucked away from the noise of the town centre, sitting under the shade of an ancient Cedar Tree, our professional, tranquil, modern, peaceful, lovingly refurbished and decorated, comprehensively equipped clinic offers a range of possibilities for Practitioners offering talking therapies, body therapies or those looking for a space to hire for workshops and corporate or therapeutic events.
The space is described by our clients as tranquil and therapeutic, yet it is popular and highly recognisable. with its in-house yoga studio and as an established therapy ‘hub’. It is a perfect location for a range of Health and Wellness professionals wishing to develop their business and find the comfort of working at a beautiful clinic alongside other well-respected practitioners.
About our space
We have a large open plan studio ideal for yoga, pilates, workshops, retreats, meetings and training days, small corporate events, teaching sessions, community events, therapeutic groups, meditation groups, mindfulness groups, women's circles, ceremonies, group supervision, away days, corporate events.
This room is also available for small social gatherings such as children's parties, baby showers or creative workshops at weekends.
It can be equipped with chairs and side tables (on request). Yoga and pilates equipment is available for classes including mats, blocks, straps, belts, bolsters, blankets eye pillows, weights, bands, rollers. Whiteboard and flipchart stands are also available on request.
Our studio hosts five tranquil and unique therapy rooms:
Therapy Room 1
A beautifully decorated and comfortably furnished room suitable for talking therapies / hypnotherapy / coaching. It is best for one to one appointments.
Therapy room 2
Slightly larger, bright, tranquil and comfortably furnished room suitable for talking therapies / coaching / meetings with individuals but also with families or couples or whenever more space is required; for example for play work or movement based approaches - maximum capacity 4 people.
Therapy Room 3
Cosy, peaceful and comfortably furnished multipurpose room, which can be used either for for talking therapies / coaching / meetings with individuals and couples (maximum capacity 3 people) or can be set up with the massage table suitable for all types of body and beauty work (acupuncture, massage and massage therapies, and physiotherapy). Liked by body therapists due to its convenient location near our kitchenette and toilets.
Therapy Room 4
A lovingly decorated and comfortably furnished room suitable for all type of body work (acupuncture, massage and massage therapies, and physiotherapy)
On entering the centre you will be greeted by a beautiful reception area that overlooks St. Clements Church and beyond across the Thames Estuary.
Ways of working with us
Flexible contracts: We offer flexible, ad-hoc contracts for new or smaller businesses with no long-term contractual agreements. For more established companies or those looking at discounted rates we are able to offer discounted, bespoke contracts to meet all of our therapists and room hirer's needs.
Marketing and social media: We offer hosting on our website and features on our popular social media accounts.
Supportive community of diverse practitioners: We offer optional free networking events, promotional events, informal gatherings, peer supervision practices.
