Denise has worked as a Clinical Psychologist for 14 years both in the NHS and private practice. Compassionate, Evidence-Based Therapy to Help You Thrive

Mental health challenges are a part of life, and you’re not alone if you’ve ever felt stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about your future. Sometimes, the solutions we try only lead to more difficulties, making it hard to move forward. As a Clinical Psychologist, I provide a safe, supportive space where individuals, couples, and families can explore their challenges and work toward meaningful change. My goal is to help you reconnect with what truly matters and develop the tools to navigate life’s ups and downs with confidence.

My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs, combining humanistic, relational, and awareness-expanding techniques with evidence-based therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Trauma-Focused Therapy. Whether you're dealing with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, grief, trauma, stress, or physical health conditions, I offer both short-term and ongoing therapy designed to support you in creating lasting, positive change.

With extensive experience in mental health, rehabilitation, and neuropsychology, I have worked in the NHS and internationally, supporting individuals through a range of difficulties—from everyday struggles to complex psychiatric conditions. Finding the right therapist can feel daunting, which is why I offer a free 15-minute call to discuss your needs, answer any questions, and see if we’re the right fit. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d love to support you on your journey toward a more fulfilling life.
