Dawn has taught yoga for 27 years. Her offering is Hatha yoga based whilst firmly embedded in the mindfulness and compassion based traditions and practises.
She believes wherever you are in life, whatever your physical capacity the practises of yoga asana (posture work), pranayama (breath work), dhyana (meditation) can enhance your moment to moment experience.
