Claire Howell Mindfulness & Meditation
I first discovered the inner peace that mindfulness and meditation brings a number of years ago. I began practicing meditation daily during a time of great personal stress and anxiety and find that it allows me to create some space in my mind and more clarity of thought. This helps ease these sometimes overwhelming emotions and brings more joy and happiness to my life.
I have completed my 100 hour Mindfulness & Meditation Teacher Training course with Zenways, enabling me to pass on teachings, originating from Zen Buddhism, to anyone regardless of religion or belief system.
I encourage a relaxed and informal environment within my classes and wish for all my students to feel comfortable throughout. Everyone is welcome, from complete beginners to regular meditators - I look forward to meeting you all!
