This gentle class is perfect for those needing some support due to illness, stress, anxiety or depression. Its accessible, inclusive and easy to follow. Each session includes simple postures, sequences, breath work and led relaxations.  Leaving you feeling supported, grounded and connected. 

Anyone is welcome as long as you can get up and down from the floor unaided.
