A class for beginners and people wanting to go back to basics to build a strong foundation in yoga. In this class we will learn & explore yoga postures to build strength & improve flexibility within the body. As well as exploring the link between breath and movement & learning how to relax the mind, through led relaxation and simple meditation.
Anyone is welcome regardless of Yoga experience.
