This class is suitable for anyone who wishes to relax deeply, hold their asanas using supports such as bolsters, blocks, straps, blankets and pillows. In restorative practise we turn our focus inwards whilst inviting the body to let go of some of the held patterns that we may have created through stress and poor postural habits.  

We use meditative intention and deep restorative breathe to allow the body to safely let go and open to new ways of being at peace.  This class suits everyone but is especially helpful to those who are suffering chronic ill health, or in need of some restorative emotional support.
