Yoga is a beautiful system of connecting the mind, body and spirit. Through gentle and mindful movement you can begin to understand the inner workings of yourself, gradually strengthen and release tension from your body and let go of stress and other negative emotions and sensations.  

This class is perfect for complete beginners and those who may be returning back to their practice after a break. We will be covering the foundations of yoga – breathing, gentle and key poses as well as relaxation techniques.
